Spent a lovely Christmas at a hotel located right across from the thermal spa. The staff were warm, friendly, and very helpful. They made us feel right at home! The hotel's location was perfect - we didn't need a car since everything we wanted to see or do was within a 5-minute walk. The Christmas Eve dinner was exceptional, and the room was cozy and clean. We also loved taking advantage of the hotel's sauna and relaxing massages after a long day of exploring.

The outdoor pool in the hotel's garden could use a bit of work. It looked worn down and was not very inviting. The indoor pool was more appealing, so we spent most of our time there. Other than that, we can't think of any other negatives! we had a great time and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a restful and relaxing vacation.

It was just the perfect spot to unwind, even in the winter.

That the outdoor pool seemed a bit worn out. It didn't spoil our mood, but it would have been nicer if it was renovated or replaced altogether.

The location was perfect, with everything I needed within a 5-minute walk, including a supermarket, spa, and great restaurants. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a lovely view. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The outdoor pool was well-maintained and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

Some of the facilities were a bit outdated and could use some renovation.
